It's summertime.  And for most of the world, that means fun in the sun, but for us here at the Drunken Dork Podcast it means another season of comic book conventions.  Jake, Tom and special guest host Jon Stump talk about their recent experiences at C2E2 in Chicago, Big Wow in San Jose & the Motor City Comic Con in Novi, Michigan. 

Along the way, they discuss their latest near-death experience, comic book conspiracy theories, and a grave social concern that doesn't seem to be on anyone else's radar.

Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, Ra's Al Ghul emerging from the Lazarus Pit, or that raging case of herpes that keeps flaring up, we have returned!  It's been six long months, we're shaking of the rust andcelebrating our triumphant return.  A lot has gone down since the last time we talked to you, and Jake and Tom do their best to cover it all.

In case you didn't hear, we are no longer getting a Superman/Batman movies.  DC Comics and Warner Brothers blew fanboys minds when they announced that we will also be getting the first big screen appearance of a certain Amazonian Princess, as well.

Which leads to more questions than answers.  What can we expect for a plot?  How will this affect the anticipated Justice League movie?  Will the television shows that DC is producing be brought into the fold?
